uShaka Marine World reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The draw will be random and audited.

Entry is open to residents of South Africa only.

Employees of uShaka Marine World, tenants and their employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.

Entries are only valid if full details of the entrant have been provided. uShaka Marine World accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete registration details that entrants may supply as part of the registration.

By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they wish to receive future communication from uShaka Marine World .

Only one entry per person is allowed, and only one half price ticket will be issued per valid email address registered.

A half price ticket will be issued to the entrant after he/she has referred 4 friends. The entrant may select only one half price ticket of their choice from the following options: half price Dangerous Creatures, half price uShaka Kids World, half price Snorkel, half price Xpanda Shark Dive or half price Combo Ticket.

Booking is essential for the Xpanda Shark Dive and limited to availability.

The half price ticket may only be used once within a period of 1 month and expires 1 month from date of issue. It is valid for one person only, and that person being the name bearer featured on the ticket.

No half price tickets will be accepted after 20 March 2013.

No validity extensions will be made on expired half price tickets.

By referring 4 friends, the entrant (referrer) provides uShaka Marine World with consent to send an email on their behalf to their friends (the referred). Friends (the referred) will will not be added to any database until they register.

The Pass draw will be random and audited.

Winners will be notified via email. If the email address provided by the entrant is no longer valid he/she will forfeit the prize. Another winner will be selected in accordance.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is exclusively for the winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable, and must be collected within one month of winning the prize or he/she will forfeit the prize.

PLEASE BRING VALID PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION WHEN REDEEMING THE TICKET.

In order to redeem the half price ticket, it must be printed and shown with valid proof of identification at uShaka Marine World ticketing.

Wet 'n Wild, uShaka Kids World & Animal Encounters (Xpanda Shark Dive and Snorkel) are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays out of peak season.

A half price Combo ticket includes entry to Wet 'n Wild and Sea World for one day only. Half price Combo Tickets can only be redeemed Wednesday to Sunday during out of peak season.

Please note that in order to experience an Animal Encounter a Sea World ticket must be purchased. Bookings essential and limited persons per day.
