The Cargo Hold Restaurant In line with its location on the Phantom Ship, the restaurant earned itself the name Cargo Hold. The splendour of yesteryear is restored with the use of maritime artefacts. Having run aground on the Natal coast line sharks have inhabited part of the ship. This is where the Cargo Hold Restaurant is located. Patrons can see the sharks in a tank that forms a backdrop to their dining experience. The ship’s Cargo-hold is laden with flavours from all corners of the world, hence the chef tucks into this stock when preparing his food. The food preparation includes spicy, fruity and exotic remnants picked up from across the globe, combined with the freshest of Kwa–Zulu Natal’s local produce to give our passengers the culinary journey of a life time. The restaurant opens at for lunch between 12h00 and 15h00 and opens again for dinner at 18h00 until 22h30. Reservations are essential for both lunch and dinner.
